† Learners are responsible for the cost of their travel, accommodations, food, and other expenses associated with residencies. Learners who cancel their residency registration more than 30 days prior to the start of the residency will not be assessed a cancellation fee. Learners who cancel their residency registration 7–30 days prior to the start of the residency will be assessed a $150 cancellation fee. Learners who cancel their residency registration 0–7 days prior to the start of the residency will be assessed the entire residency fee.
